Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-06-12
These terms govern your use of EUDR Due Diligence Statement Check ("the tool"), a free, static, client-side web tool provided by José Manuel Volante González (see the legal notice for full provider identification).
Access
The tool is free and requires no account, registration or subscription. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent any technical measure of the site.
What the tool does
The tool gives an indicative, automated reading of whether a Due Diligence Statement under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (EUDR) is required for the inputs you provide, the deadline that may apply, an indicative country-risk class, and the likely TRACES NT submission path. The decision logic is published in full on the methodology page.
No professional advice
The outputs are indicative information, not legal, tax or compliance advice, and do not replace a qualified adviser or an actual TRACES NT submission. EUDR rulesets, deadlines and country benchmarking evolve; the ruleset version and last-verified date are shown alongside every result. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance and for any decision you take.
Intellectual property
Text, calculations, datasets and design are protected by intellectual property rights. Personal, non-commercial use with attribution is permitted. For commercial reuse, contact legal@sellerguardrails.com.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the tool's outputs. The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
