EUDR Due Diligence Statement Check is committed to making its content usable by the widest possible audience and aims for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed and in force from 2025.

Measures we take

• Semantic structure: pages use a single main landmark, a logical heading order, and native HTML form controls with associated labels.
• Keyboard access: every interactive control is reachable and operable with the keyboard, and a "skip to content" link is the first focusable element on every page.
• Contrast and typography: text and interactive elements are designed to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio against the brand palette, and the layout reflows responsively down to small mobile viewports.
• Motion: animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting and are disabled when you ask your system to reduce motion.
• No essential colour-only signalling: verdicts and states are always conveyed in text, not by colour alone.

Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: most of the guidelines are met, and we treat any remaining gaps as defects to be fixed. This is a continuous effort and the statement is reviewed as the tool evolves.
